The Starter Set includes 4 essential oils widely known and most used in aromatherapy.

How to use essential oils:

    Add a few drops of oil to hot water in your bath 1 hour to 90 minutes before bedtime
   

Use an essential oil burner by adding 4-5 drops to the water
   

In a spray bottle containing about half a cup of water, add 4-5 drops of essential oils and spray in the room, on the curtains, bedding and pillow, preferably on the underside, to avoid irritation.
   

Add 8-10 drops of essential oils to a base oil (eg olive oil, almond oil, jojoba, coconut, chamomile oil, wild rose, apricot kernel oil, grape seed oil, etc.) and gently massage all over the body or the area we want to strengthen (eg eucalyptus in the chest area) or in pressure points such as behind the ears and wrists, but always dissolved to avoid irritation
   

Add drops of hot water to a basin and inhale or alternatively soak a piece of cotton cloth and inhale.

The aromas of essential oils are a special personal experience and each organism can react differently. Try experimenting with possible combinations of 5 oils or as such. Some perfumes will make you feel relaxed and slightly drowsy, while others will make you feel energized. This way, you can use them at different times of the day depending on what you want to achieve.
